Women Business Center at WBDC
The Women’s Business Development Center (WBDC) is a Women’s Business Center (WBC) supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Women’s Business Ownership.
As a part of the nationwide network of WBCs, the WBDC strives to provide comprehensive entrepreneurial training and resources for women business owners.
Through various entrepreneurial training opportunities, one-on-one business counseling and events in partnership with other supportive organizations, the WBDC creates a foundation for improving the economic situation for women in the Chicagoland area.
The WBDC is proud to be one of the first women’s business assistance centers established in the U.S. and has helped found 14 additional women’s business assistance centers in six states.
