This 10-week workshop series provides prospective and established child care business owners the tools they need to launch and sustain a child care business. You will follow a step-by-step process to develop:
- Business & Marketing Plan
- Policies & Procedures
- Parent Handbook
- Financial Analysis
Step 3: Attend From Child Care Providers to Entrepreneurs.
This 3-week series provides hands-on activities, lectures and discussion covering the basics of the Business Administration Scale (BAS) Program. This program is geared toward entrepreneurs who have been in business at least 2 years and covers:
- Advanced Marketing & SWOT Analysis
- Advanced Financial Statements & Analysis
- Risk Management
- Advanced Strategic Planning
Step 4: Attend the Early Childhood Education Entrepreneurship Expo
The Early Childhood Education Entrepreneurship Expo is an annual event held each spring in Chicago which provides business workshops and resources to help you take your child care business to the next level! Presented bilingually in English and Spanish, the Expo is the only event of its kind focusing on the business side of child care. Full of dynamic interactive speed business coaching, presentations and more, the Expo brings together over 500 attendees in the child care industry!
