With a passion for honoring the tradition of at-home entertaining, Jodi Rosen Ablin has built a company that celebrates spending quality time, at home with family and friends. As President and Co-Founder of Entertain With Ease! LLC, Jodi had a vision of creating a direct selling company that would provide entrepreneurial opportunities for independent consultants and outstanding products and at-home entertaining ideas for customers.

Entertain With Ease! is committed to making at-home entertaining fun, delicious, inviting and easy. Independent consultants demonstrate the company’s carefully selected specialty food products and decorative tableware items at Entertain With Ease! parties and provide customers with product sampling, entertaining suggestions and tips to help demystify at-home entertaining.

Jodi spent more than 11 years of her professional career in healthcare and was passionate about the value of community education.  She wanted to employ the same grassroots principals to her new company.  Jodi began to look for an avenue that would allow her to impact people’s lives more than simply through the selling of products; she wanted to find a way to provide customers with hands-on product experience, advice and education. Direct selling was a perfect fit!

After three years of planning, development, test runs and refinement, Jodi launched Entertain With Ease! nationally in April 2004.  The company is now fully operational, scheduling and conducting home parties throughout the country.

Jodi sights the Women’s Business Development Center’s (WBDC) “Jump Start Your Business” as being instrumental in helping her to make her vision become reality. In addition to attending the five-week course, Jodi worked closely with Sara Shifrin to more clearly define her business plan.  “Sara and the staff at the WBDC were a valuable resource for me. They provided me with a wealth of information about starting my own company. I received expert guidance on business model development, funding options, business plan writing and financial analysis. In addition, they helped me gain the confidence I needed to take the step to pursue my passion."
