HOW TO REPORT YOUR “DONE DEALS”
The WBDC’s “Done Deals” program highlights the business being done between our WBEs and WBDC Corporate Partners, as well as the business being done by WBEs with other WBEs. The process is simple:
- Let us know you have a deal to report.
- We will contact you and do a short write up.
- We will contact the other party and ask them if it is ok to publish the report.
- Both parties will be given an opportunity to proof read the report.
- We will publicize deals in our quarterly WBE newsletters and on the WBDC website.

The WBDC' s new “Done Deals” program publicizes deals WBEs complete either with WBDC corporate partners or with fellow WBEs. The WBDC is pleased to announce the following “Done Deals”:
MAMAN CORPORATION,
a General Contracting firm, reports a Done Deal with Motorola, Inc. Maman will be working on a project with Motorola during which they will provide construction management, general construction, coordination, and carpentry services.
MARCELA ORR
of Chela Logistics announces a Done Deal with Comcast. Chela Logistics, which has been working with Comcast since 2002, will provide trucking services to the company.
MAUREEN SMITH
of Gannon Design & Packaging, Inc reported a Done Deal with a large department store. Maureen will develop a new packaging product to be considered for electronic gift card sales. Keep up the good work Maureen!
KAIROS MANAGEMENT,
owned by Lynn Sutton, reports a Done Deal with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago. Lynn was notified of the RFP through WBENC. She will be conducting an IT cost comparison for the MWRDGC.
DESIGNER SIGNS SYSTEMS
owned by Sally Macut and Kathy Brown Zerwas reports won a Done Deal award with Target Corporation in July 2006. Designer Signs Systems designs, manufactures, distributes, and installs: interior and exterior architectural signage, and custom office furnishing products. It was intoduced to Target through a WBDC-Minnesota event.
MARIANNE RICHMOND STUDIOS, INC.
owned by Marianne Richmond was the second Done Deal that The Target Corporation completed. Marianne Richmond Studios is certified as a WBE with the Women’s Business Development Center. The company won the award with Target in May 2006 and will provide a gift book for retail sale for Target.
