MILWAUKEE, WI – Today the Women’s Business Development Center (WBDC) hosted its 2019 signature event, WBDC Connect & Celebrate: Milwaukee at Johnson Controls. The event enabled attendees to connect with WBDC regional business and public sector partners to explore potential business opportunities and collaborations. It also offered an economic forecast for small business featuring Leslie McGranahan, Vice President and Director of Regional Research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, which was moderated by Reginald Layton, Vice President of Supplier Diversity and Supply Chain Sustainability at Johnson Controls.
“The WBDC Connect & Celebrate: Milwaukee is an excellent opportunity for local business owners to increase their business opportunities and knowledge and expand their network,” said Jessie Leonard, Associate Director for WBE Certification Milwaukee.
