The NDVSB/AAFES eMarketplace: A Gateway to Federal Government Acquisitions Open only to Government Purchase Card (GPC) cardholders, the NDVSB/AAFES eMarketplace allows a small business to gain entry into Federal Government acquisitions through single purchases (GPC).
