With so much to consider this session helps to provide WBEs with the level of knowledge needed to have informed conversations with professional advisors with a focus on selling to internal stakeholders such as family members or employees.

This session will provide attendees with the level of knowledge needed to have reasonably informed conversations with professional advisors with a focus on selling to outside parties.

- Tips for selling to a strategic buyer/independent purchaser/or private equity group
- Managing financing
