DESCRIPTION:Join us for an informative session on business banking solutions for cannabis related businesses. \n\nFederal law prohibits most federally regulated banks from accepting deposits from cannabis related businesses. While some state chartered banks and credit unions have more flexibility in their banking offers\, there have been challenges in receiving business loans\, increasing tax collections\, and customers are having to make transactions using cash within these types of businesses.\n\nAdilia Colon\, MRB Relationship Manager for Credit Union 1\, will discuss cannabis related business bank offerings for businesses who are finding it difficult to learn about and obtain banking options.
