Spend time during our Lunch and Learn with the Illinois SBDC at the WBDC\, and other entrepreneurs\, preparing for the future by doing a SWOT (strengths\, weaknesses\, opportunities\, and threats) analysis. A SWOT analysis is a technique used to identify strengths\, weaknesses\, opportunities\, and threats to develop a plan for your business. While it may sound difficult\, it’s actually quite simple.
