DESCRIPTION:Our Childcare Business Program is designed to empower established childcare entrepreneurs—both home-based and center-based—with the tools and knowledge to strengthen and grow their businesses. Through the Elevate Cohort\, participants will follow a structured process to: \n\nDevelop a clear growth strategy\nCreate an effective marketing plan Implement operational best practices\nApply sound financial management techniques tailored to childcare businesses\n\nDuring this cohort\, you’ll learn how to transition from a home-based daycare to a licensed center\, while increasing profitability and operational efficiency.
