SUMMARY:The World is Changing So Quickly: Future Proofing with SWOT Analysis
DESCRIPTION:The world is now changing so quickly that no business can plan for every eventuality. However\, we can help you develop a plan to persevere. Spend time during our Lunch and Learn with the Illinois SBDC at the WBDC\, and other entrepreneurs\, preparing for the future by doing a SWOT (strengths\, weaknesses\, opportunities\, and threats) analysis. A SWOT analysis is a technique used to identify strengths\, weaknesses\, opportunities\, and threats to develop a plan for your business. While it may sound difficult\, it’s actually quite simple. Whether you’re looking for external opportunities or internal strengths\, we’ll walk you through how to perform your SWOT analysis. \nPresenter | Maura Mitchell \nMaura is a public interest attorney who has a passion for partnering with entrepreneurs.   By helping small businesses and nonprofits with strategy\, financial\, and legal issues\, Maura provides insight on what it takes for her clients to persevere.  She helps others define their dreams and create pathways to success.  Most importantly\, Maura is a consummate relationship-builder and cares deeply about her clients’ progress. \nContact | Maura Mitchell | mmitchell@wbdc.org \n  \n \nThe Illinois SBDC at WBDC is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity.
