Through the delivery of comprehensive and extensive business development services, ScaleUp equips entrepreneurs with the business\/financial acumen, resources and tools necessary to maintain profitable businesses that retain and create jobs, fuel economic growth and build strong communities.

\nScaleUp is a vital resource for entrepreneurs looking to mitigate the impact of COVID-19. Each week the class dives into a different side of the business, giving owners the opportunity to review, learn and push themselves to encourage sustainability and growth.

    PROGRAM BENEFITS<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Business owners join a supportive business community, offering peer-to-peer and one-on-one mentorship opportunities, as well as in-depth business and growth planning. Course topics cover marketing, finances, government procurement and certification. Throughout the course participants create their business plan for sustainability and growth, and leave with both a plan for the year ahead and life-long business connections.<\/div>\n

    After the program, alumni continue to receive one-on-one support, as well as invitations to Executive Series classes; additional in-depth learning opportunities on subjects covered in the ScaleUp course.<\/div>\n

    Who Can Apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Am I eligible?\u00a0ScaleUp participants are focused on their business growth. They typically have been in business for more than two years, have at least two employees, have an annual revenue of $50,000 on average (in non-COVID times), and are working in their business full time.\u00a0Occasionally we work with business owners who do not quite meet this profile exactly, but definitely are on a path to growth.<\/div>\n

    This cohort is for Bronzeville based business owners, or business owners who serve Bronzeville residents. Not sure if you fit all our criteria?\u00a0Apply and we\u2019ll figure it out together!<\/div>\n
