This cohort uses financial and digital tools to assist in the data decisions and provides opportunities to work with your own numbers. The program explores expense tracking, break-even analysis, pricing strategies, and budgeting, and helps you build a financial forecast for your company.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hybrid in person and virtual program. The first and last sessions will be in person and the interim five sessions will be online.
