Road to Success 2.0 Awaits<\/h4>\n<p>Road to Success 2.0 is a three-session cohort, for which the Road to Success cohort is a prerequisite. Road to Success 2.0 guides pre-venture and emerging businesses towards success by going more in depth into areas crucial for business growth. The cohort will cover necessary business concepts such as marketing &amp; branding, customer discovery, goal setting, pricing strategy, as well as revenue forecasting.<\/p>\n<h4>Objectives<\/h4>\n<p>During the cohort, participants will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review the initial steps of setting up a business in IL<\/li>\n<li>Learn how to set goals and create a list of actionable items<\/li>\n<li>Vet their business idea<\/li>\n<li>Get to know their industry<\/li>\n<li>Learn marketing &amp; branding and customer discovery<\/li>\n<li>Define their unique value proposition &amp; the minimum viable product<\/li>\n<li>Think about the sales &amp; customer service<\/li>\n<li>Set up the growth wheel &amp; review the goal setting<\/li>\n<li>Go over the financial aspects of running a business<\/li>\n<li>Discover the digital tools for new entrepreneurs<\/li>\n<li>Be introduced the basics of accounting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Session Breakdown<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Session One:<\/strong>\u00a0Knowing your industry. Marketing, branding &amp; customer discovery<\/p>\n<p><strong>Session Two:<\/strong>\u00a0Unique value proposition. Growth wheel.
