Through the Elevate Cohort, participants will follow a structured process to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a clear growth strategy<\/li>\n<li>Create an effective marketing plan Implement operational best practices<\/li>\n<li>Apply sound financial management techniques tailored to childcare businesses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During this cohort, you\u2019ll learn how to transition from a home-based daycare to a licensed center, while increasing profitability and operational efficiency.
