Participants work with experts to identify growth opportunities, enhance capacity, and position their businesses for long term, sustainable expansion.<\/p>\n<p>Through the Elevate Cohort, participants will follow a structured process to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a clear growth strategy<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen leadership<\/li>\n<li>Create an effective marketing plan<\/li>\n<li>Implement operational best practices<\/li>\n<li>Improve financial and operational performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During this cohort, you\u2019ll learn how to transition from a home-based daycare to a licensed center, while increasing profitability and operational efficiency.
