Latina Entrepreneurial Accelerated Development Program (LEAD)

The Women’s Business Development Center offers a six-month comprehensive training program for Latina entrepreneurs focusing on three key areas: Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Advocacy. LEAD caters to owners seeking guidance or companies looking to increase revenue, gain new contracts, and create jobs to take their business to the next level.

Choose Morning Track: 9am – 1pm or Afternoon Track: 12pm – 4pm for each session

Successful LEADHers

Check-in with coaches and measure your progress at required follow-up sessions held September 5th, 12th, and 19th.

Program Criteria

Participation is limited to 30 Latina business owners headquartered in Illinois.

Early Bird Registration: $199
