Our Childcare Business Program is designed to empower established childcare entrepreneurs—both home-based and center-based—with the tools and knowledge to strengthen and grow their businesses. Through the Elevate Cohort, participants will follow a structured process to:
- Develop a clear growth strategy
- Create an effective marketing plan Implement operational best practices
- Apply sound financial management techniques tailored to childcare businesses
During this cohort, you’ll learn how to transition from a home-based daycare to a licensed center, while increasing profitability and operational efficiency. By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with a personalized 1-year growth plan to guide your next steps and support your long-term success.
