The Women’s Business Development Center is proud to present ScaleHigher, sponsored by Wells Fargo. This ten-week online class is designed to assist entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses. Participants will learn from business experts and experience a comprehensive curriculum focused on leadership, business branding, finances, digital tools, and peer-to-peer mentoring.

As a small business owner, you understand the importance of constantly looking for new ways to improve your company. One of the most effective ways to achieve growth is through investing in leadership training, business education, and digital skills training for yourself and your team.
ScaleHigher invests in your growth as a business owner.
- Leadership training will help you and your team members develop the skills necessary to effectively lead and manage your business.
- Our business education courses cover a range of topics, from financial management to branding, marketing and sales, to help you make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Digital skills training will help you and your team members stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and strategies for online success. Work one-on-one with a Digital Tools Coach to identify how you can incorporate digital tools into your business.
- Connections build your business through peer-to-peer mentorship and coaching services on branding, leadership, and digital tools to help you develop and implement strategies for growth.
With generous support from Wells Fargo, each graduate will receive personalized digital advising sessions from an industry expert – a $1,000 value!
COHORT DETAILS
Ideal Candidates:
- Certified WBE and/or MBE Entrepreneurs in Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa
- Annual Revenue of $75-250k
- 2+ Years in business
- 2+ employees/contractors and hiring
- Committed to attending all 10 weeks of virtual learning via Zoom, March 1 – May 3, 2023
