Are your business finances out of shape? Hesitant to apply for a loan because you’re not sure what lenders expect? Then it’s time for Financial Bootcamp—the place where Illinois business owners build financial confidence, clarity, and control. Over six powerful weeks, you’ll gain the essential knowledge and practical tools to manage your business finances with confidence.
Program Highlights
Through simple, easy‑to‑apply training, you will learn how to:
- Read and understand your financial statements
- Strengthen and manage cash flow
- Build realistic, growth‑driven budgets
- Make informed financial decisions that support long-term growth
- Prepare your business to access capital
Participants will benefit from 2-3 one-on-one personal financial coaching sessions with Financial Empowerment Center as part of the program.
This program takes the mystery out of business finance and strengthens the financial literacy you need to operate with stability and plan strategically. You’ll walk away with the skills to confidently pursue the right capital, at the right time, from the right source—and set your business up for long‑term growth.
Eligibility
To be considered for acceptance into the Financial Bootcamp:
Location of Business: Illinois
Age of the Business: At least 2-years
Annual Revenue Size: Minimum of $50,000
Owner: Working on the business full-time
