The World is Changing So Quickly: Future Proofing with SWOT Analysis

The world is now changing so quickly that no business can plan for every eventuality. However, we can help you develop a plan to persevere. Spend time during our Lunch and Learn with the Illinois SBDC at the WBDC, and other entrepreneurs, preparing for the future by doing a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis. A SWOT analysis is a technique used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to develop a plan for your business. While it may sound difficult, it’s actually quite simple. Whether you’re looking for external opportunities or internal strengths, we’ll walk you through how to perform your SWOT analysis.
