One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work with the Illinois SBDC at the WBDC is helping small business owners and entrepreneurs prepare for the business development process through our cohort programming, Plan for Profit. Plan for Profit is WBDC’s most comprehensive training program for people learning to work on their business, whether they are a startup or an emerging business. Comprised of three modules, the program helps new business owners perform the required market research to create and develop a plan for success.
