What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create my own consulting firm, with great culture, inclusive by being uniquely positioned to be a one-stop shop for Human Capital, Operations and Strategy services.
What is a business milestone or achievement that you are most proud of?
We started as a Human Capital firm in 2016 and grew to offer more services in Operations and Strategy over the years, mainly in 2020 (when I thought I would close my business!)
What challenges have you faced as a woman business owner, and how did you overcome them?
To establish credibility and earn the trust of executives. I overcame this by being authentic, aiming for excellence in everything we do.
What advice would you give to aspiring women entrepreneurs?
Start and never look back!
