As you know, my time as CEO of the Women’s Business Development Center is concluding. Before I step away, I want to express how grateful I am to all of you. Leading WBDC has been one of the greatest honors of my career, and I am immensely proud of what we have accomplished together.
Over the years, we have expanded our programs and services, deepened our impact, and empowered countless entrepreneurs and business owners to turn their visions into reality. Through challenges and triumphs, we have remained steadfast in our mission — to drive economic support and accelerate business development and growth and create opportunities for business leaders.
Every day I have relied on the depth and breadth of the expertise and dedication each one of you brings to the table. Your dedication, passion, and belief in this mission have been the true driving force behind WBDC’s success. It has been a privilege to collaborate with you. While I may be starting a new personal chapter outside of my role at the WBDC, I will always remain an advocate for this organization and the work that it does. I will always remain an advocate for you.
So, with that — I thank you. Each and every one of you. I am eager to see the WBDC continue to thrive, support its clients, and conquer the challenges that lay ahead. Looking back on what we have accomplished together, I know that it is in more than capable hands to do just that.
