‘Niches are Riches’: Narrowing Your Scope and Becoming an Expert in Your Field

One of the first things I ask my clients when supporting them through their business launch is, “Who is your target audience or consumer?” As a business owner, you must think about who it is your product or service is designed for. Many times, the standard answer is “well, everyone.” While in an ideal world, you would want everyone to purchase your product or service, that is not always the best way for you to market your business.
